  • Deriving its name, RAYSolute (pronounced as "resolute"), from the four Indian Vedas (Rigveda, Atharvaveda, Yajurveda, and Samaveda), the firm pays tribute to these ancient Hindu scriptures, which embody a wealth of timeless knowledge and wisdom.

  • Recognizing that the essence of a consulting firm lies in its unique "body of knowledge," we chose to honor the profound insights of the Vedas through our firm name.

  • Aurobindo has a deep passion for the Education sector and has over 21 years of experience across K-12 Schooling, Higher Education, Vocational Education, Ancillary segments and CSR projects.

  • He is a Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA (E-Commerce). Aurobindo started his career as an Asst. Education Officer & Content Manager with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and then worked with companies like Educomp, KIPCO Group Kuwait, iDiscoveri (XSEED) and Technopak Advisors.

  • Aurobindo has been a member of FICCI School Education Committee (FICCI Arise) and CII Special Task Force on Skills and Education. He has published over 30 articles and 10 industry reports and whitepapers on the Indian Education Sector, which have been widely quoted nationally and internationally.

  • He regularly addresses Indian and international conferences, events organized by industry chambers and think tanks like CII, FICCI, MAIT, ReThink India and has given guest lectures at leading educational institutions in India like IIT Delhi and FMS, Delhi.

  • Prashant Kakkar has over 26 years of experience in senior roles in multinational corporations, including Arvind Mills, Hutch, and IndiGo Airlines. He has managed various business functions (sales, marketing, channel & distribution, pricing, product development) and large retail distribution networks with significant revenue and marketing budgets.

  • More recently, he has served as an advisor and consultant to national-level NGOs and third-sector actors, specializing in large-scale systems-led transformation, institution building, and change management within learning spaces. His work spans education, skill development, livelihoods, and vocational training, employing a core framework of People, Processes, and Tools across public and private domains, including ECCE, K12, and higher education.

  • He has mentored and coached first-generation learners as entrepreneurs within incubation centers at Ambedkar University (AUD), IIT Delhi, and the Craft and Development Institute, Srinagar.

  • He has also delivered deep studio classes as an adjunct faculty at AUD, F.O.R.E. School of Management (his alma mater), NIFT Delhi, Delhi Entrepreneur and Skills University (DESU), and Amity Business School.
